I require 24 hours notice for cancellations. I understand that unavoidable circumstances arise and appointments have to be cancelled or rescheduled but please do call or text to let me know 24 hours before if you are unable to make your appointment so another client can snatch it up. I am only a tiny business so cancellations affect me hugely therefore, there will be a 50% fee to pay for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice. If you don't show up to your appointment without letting me know, you will be billed 100% of the cost of your appointment.

 

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule.

 

Appointments made more than 3 months in advance are subject to change.

 

No small children are allowed in the beauty room.
